  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for a return or refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons or other exceptions. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Final Sale Items: Marked as “final sale” or discounted for clearance purposes
    • Gift cards or e-gift certificates

2. Return Process

If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@trendxxbeau.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, we will review your case and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. This RA number must be included with your returned item for processing.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the RA number and your original receipt or order confirmation email inside the return package.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item sent, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in original condition, has been opened, or is missing packaging.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item(s) and place a new order. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund, and you can purchase the desired item from our website.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@trendxxbeau.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by TrendXXBeau.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then, if necessary, contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.
